Special event - Kid's college
So you probably wondered why we were making big piles of paneling and dowels (and sawdust). Alan signed up to give a talk on robots at his son Peter's school. So Alan took his spare Puma robot arm, his Trippy robot, his Oscar robot and I (Jeff) took my Earth Explorer robot. Alan also decided to make model robot arms for the kids to assemble and take home.
That is what all the milling and machining was about.
There were two sessions with two different age groups. It was basically explaining robots for awhile and then the kids assembled the robot arms.
